I have been a long-time lurker and CKFR shareholder since 1996. I have read nearly every post (old thread and new) and have reaped the benefits of your insight. I finally joined SI so that I might be able to add some little value from time to time, and to ease the guilt of not having paid a membership fee.

I realize I'm new around here (from a card carrying standpoint), but if there is room for me in August in NYC, I'd love to be included.
