I also had called the tech's and it was my understanding they do tech support for other sites as well so they don't necessarily work for WNCR so would not know anything about them.
I also had very early experience with TTLN and they were slow to take calls as well because of the legal issue with online gaming. They want to be sure to give proper answers and know who they are talking to.
I did try and contact WNCR a few weeks ago with no luck. They have chosen to inform via PR's is my guess. I have had this experience with on other company, they don't want to be in direct contact initially, only through PR's.
I did call Global Interactive who sold the software (Starnet's) to Winchester and spoke with three different people there, all who confirmed that they did sell the liscence to Winchester and they were also all shareholders of WNCR.
If this thing turns out to be for real, depending on outstanding and float it could do quite well as other gaming stocks have.
