No.

Just that this is the price the market will bear at this
moment. SEG warned of a flat second quarter and Montie
downgraded all disk drive stocks. The initial enthusiasm
for MXTR seems to have produced a backlash that traps it
at an artificially low price.

Perhaps the efficient market will never bring it back to
a fair price ... but I'm betting money otherwise.
