Before you write Budd off as just another pretty face, remember that there are a lot more things that can be done for this company on a golf course than than just grow grass. North Carolina? North Carolina? Isn't that where Nation's Bank is headquartered? Doesn't Nation's Bank have something to do with BoA?

Also, never forget that Rice's shares are green. You might want to give Rule 16(b) SEC Act of 1934 another perusal.
