Tom. Good point. I guess there needs to be some number crunching done on 'decent stocks with a bad rap'. COMS has warned of slower earnings growth blah blah blah (we all know the story), and has beeen beaten down to a current RSI of 16. Does it belong there? Maybe 'decent stocks with a bad rap' that fall below an RSI of 20 are worth looking at for an upside play? Have a good weekend!
