Dear Mizzou, Sorry, just got to this post. Earnings will be reported (and will be videostreamed from our web center) next Tuesday at 11:00 am, EDT. As for market stuff, no, I don't think the offering is responsible. There are a lot of other things going on with "tech" stocks and "Internet" stocks. (Notice that I don't necessarily agree that we should be lumped in with a very broad range of other companies, many of whom have nothing to do with our business). Yes, the issuance of new shares dilutes the bottom line. At the same time, new money comes into the company, so one has to figure in whether or to what extent that is a good thing. Hope this helps.
