Just conf'd w/ a friend at Goldman, it is newly addeed to the restricted list. Great news! It is not a direct indication of anything, but cannot be bad news. The logical assumption is that Goldman is either involved in active deal negotiations on one side or the other involving ESPI, or only that they are pushing for the business there. Either way, it's either no news or good news, but certainly not bad news.
