Jomama, per your post: "No one shorts anything this pathetic. It simply has no value. Everyone else seems to know that." If someone had shorted this stock above $3, they would be up about %50 from that trade in just a couple weeks. If I am right and there is a short group out there, that they must be pretty darn frustrated by the lack of panic selling (a total of 1,000 shares has been sold this AM after the market having been open for almost 25 minutes) being generated by the negative posts, the lawsuit etc. I hope that they have to buy back their shares in the $5+ range.
