Rick, sorry to disappoint you but you'll have to take your witch hunt elsewhere. I am long this stock and currently in a losing position. I originally purchased this stock based on what the company published in their press releases and stated as facts. IMO they have done very little in the way of substantiation. It seems like a lot of simple things that could have been done and could easily be done. For some reason they drag their feet. Is it really so difficult to say exactly how many shares have been issued as of say April 1? Is if so difficult to say how or why the tremendous share increase occured in a relatively short time--going way beyond their projections of about a half year ago? Is it difficult to realize that it may not be a smart thing to retain a PR person such as Brommer who has been accused of some sort of SEC violations? They have said that they wanted to be on NASDAQ and be fully reporting etc. etc. but so far their efforts and strategy in attaining those goals are IMO pretty obviously flawed.It is apparent that the marketplace thinks so too.
