Actually, it could be bad news as well although I do not think it is) ESPI could be talking to Goldman because of business pressures like low cash flow or need to raise additional debt. Not that it is going to happen but bad news can come out of these meetings just as often as good news. That being said - ESPI is a serious takeover target. Good luck
