Wiat a minute, now that I reread it, it is saying that the Judge orders it to be dismissed, it doesn't say it is dismissed. What are the proceedings for it to be dismissed now that he has ordered it to be done? How long does this take? Is these any chance that it will not be dismissed? How long will it take for LONE to get financials out once we have the dismissal?
