Don, whether this is a setup, we'll only find out afterwards,unfortunately. but i don't think so. as long as bearishness is in fashion, the market should go higher. don't forget that the market has trended higher in the face of a lot of unsettling news, starting with the impeachment process up to the kosovo situation. this is the hallmark of every true bull market: to climb a wall of worry. of course, something will come to trip it up, something completely unexpected most likely. but i think before that happens, complacency will show up in all sorts of measures...watch out for those magazine covers depicting a charging bull. regards, hb
