You are dreaming if you think that the Market Digest article was the only thing that caused BII to go nuts on the TSE. I agree that there was lots of American buying this past month, but it paled in comparison to the Canadian volume. I base this on observing which canadian houses transact for American brokerages. It may or may not have been a catalyst, but it was the canadian interest that pushed it up as high as it went, not American buying. Don't delude yourself, go back and look at the numbers.
