You ask about a target price of $40 within 6 months. Realistic? Absolutely not. They are presently "redirecting" and "cost reducing" - which equates to layoffs. The layoffs tend to depress the workforce, and productivity suffers. Within 6 months there will probably be one or two more layoffs, making things worse. The company is shrinking, not growing, and layoffs are NOT fat trimming - they are cutting into the revenue generating ability of the company.

I'd like some of what your semiconductor specialist was smoking.
