Hi cc -- that's amazing -- I've never heard of a company calling individual shareholders about voting. I voted to change it to Delaware also, but I voted against changing the stock option plan. It's a futile gesture of course, but I do it as a matter of course for companies whose stock I own: officers already get paid too much in combination of salary + stock options. That's probably an unpopular view on the thread but I see this country's priorities as way out of whack: athletes, entertainers, and CEOs (and investment bankers and mutual fund managers and...) get obscene amounts of money compared to, oh, educators, for example. You can see where my priorities are. Folk give lip service to education, but give money to other fields. Excuse me. I'll get off my high horse now.

I hope you're right that "all else looks good." I think this company has a very bright future and hesitate to put in print what I think the stock will actually be selling for within a year or two. I will say that my stock price projections for this year, as I've indicated on this thread, are very conservative compared to what I really think can happen. I may just be too optimistic. Or too hopeful. Cheers/t
