Look - the Qualcomm-Ericsson deal was far from certainty. Saying that they are unlikely to reach an amicable settlement and being wrong about that is hardly an enormous mistake. You win some, you lose some. You know perfectly well the number of completely mistaken rumors that circulate at Qcom board. Huge CDMA deals coinciding with Zhu's visit to USA, Zhu visiting Qualcomm headquarters and announcing a big handset order, W-CDMA chiprate being forced to fit with IS-95, Nokia ordering Qualcomm chipsets, Motorola ordering Qualcomm chipsets, etc, etc. BAM is not Nokia's linchpin for the 6185 strategy. Let's see which phone hits the market first in meaningful quantities, 6185 or the Thin Phone.

Why aren't you happy letting readers decide who is right and how often? Why do you feel the need to call other writers liars and point out that you are right more often? Do you really feel this gets you more respect? I don't understand this combination of insulting me and then wondering in the same post why I don't like having a dialogue with you. Try to figure it out, Mike.
