I checked Bloomberg and there are two Anthony Papalia's listed. One is the Pesident/CEO/CFO/Treas of Chefs International located in New Jersey. The other, Anthony J Papalia, is listed as the Secretary of Metals Research Co of America (MLRA). They are located in West Vancouver. There is a Dec 2 1997 pr that announces his appointment that is signed by the President & CEO, Robert Papalia. There is an Oct 16 1998 144 filing to sell 100,000 shares of MLRA. There is also a Nov 17,1998 filing by Patricia Papalia to sell 25,000 shares. The only items under Anthony J Papalia's profile relate to MLRA. The curious thing however is that when I selected BQ (a composite equity page) while I had his profile up it brought me to Crys-Tel Telecom (CYSS). Anthony Papalia signs there press release. I can't find him listed as Secretary but it appears he is. Now this may just be a Bloomberg bug since it wasn't listed on the original profile but it does appear possible they are the same person. I found no references to a fraud trial in Canada or anything in the UK. Henry
