Neither the full terms of the financing, nor those of the distribution deal, have been released. I felt that selling stock at a 50% discount was a significant enough piece of data to bring some attention to it. I'll look forward to more details about this financing. I did not feel that the company's revelation that it was in negotiations for a distribution deal was substantial enough to pay attention to until such time as the deal is announced and described more fully. You meanwhile, ignore the financing and the enormous red flag such deals represent while leaping to the conclusion that the still-vague distribution deal somehow "will guarantee sales that will propel this stock to $40 this year minimum". If you believe you have information sufficient to leap to this conclusion, go ahead and post it. Otherwise, wait for the details like the rest of us.
