Before you panic. I called the so called Growth Fund Phone number and a woman answered hello. Not growth fund partners. She gave their attorney's number to call and they asked me to page Mr. Renzy. He returned my call and told me that the law suit was settled. Pager # 954-757-1212. He also told me to call MBHC's lawyer which I did and he will return my call. Bottom line is he said lawsuit is settled. I also got the court docket number and am in the process of looking this up. I will keep all informed. I'm holding mine and buying more if the slide continues.
