THREAD: What is it going to take to get DELL moving again? Is there going to be a pre-earnings run-up? If not, do we get the usual post-earnings decline? Just some questions to ponder. It is getting a bit frustrating. All indications are that DELL is doing great. Yet we are stuck here in the 30's. PAt Hughes
