Hi Daniel,
NEON below the 50 DMA but bounced UP off the 200DMA. The StochRSI has just turned up and is about to cross up thru 25 - indicating a buy signal. I would be very cautious shorting here unless you have very good fundamental reasons.

I don't see the triple top(unless you're referring to 1/29 thru 3/2) - either in straight chart pattern or Point & Figure.... but I do see it falling thru the baseline of a double top
