In the long run it's a POS. Among others, AOL will be registering companies now. Commerce department still negotiating with NSOL on how much NSOL can charge its competitors. If you are short, you will want Commerce to bend NSOL over.

However, the internet companies are still trading too much as a monolith. NSOL might run big with others in the meantime. I am watching NSOL very closely. I am hoping it gets to 100 so I can bet the farm on it (short).
