If you look at Redstone's individual trades on Yahoo it is tough not to come away with the conclusion that he is indifferent to whether he pays 8 or 10. (NiCastro seems more particular.) That suggests to me that he is thinking about MUCH higher prices down the road. However, it might well drop back to 8 on this earnings release, so I am doing nothing at the moment but holding.

I think a takeunder is quite unlikely. A takeover at an inadequate price like 12 is possible, which means that if we buy we have to be more choosy than Redstone, since we won't participate in the gain over 12.
