 HyperDynamics Corp. Reports Strong Revenue
 Growth by Wireless Subsidiary
 
 Wired & Wireless Corp. Ships Record Sales for March
 
 HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1999--HyperDynamics Corp. (OTC BB:HYPD) Wednesday reported that its
 wholly owned subsidiary, Wired & Wireless Corp., has shipped orders for $168,250 worth of wireless-cable-TV equipment
 during the month of March.
 
 The company is ramping up to service an increasing demand for these products. According to Wired & Wireless President Ted
 Tarver, sales orders were received from Mexico from the largest wireless-TV company in the world, and from a new customer
 in South America.
 
 Tarver and company Vice President Joseph Barris recently returned from South America, where they have been developing
 business around several significant wireless-cable-TV markets.
 
 ''The wireless-TV market outside the United States is extremely large, offering significant opportunities for a technically
 competent end-to-end provider of wireless-system infrastructure,'' Tarver said.
 
 ''Since Wired & Wireless Corp. is the first company to provide a complete, end-to-end wireless system for its customers, we
 expect to see increased interest and demand from the international markets for our services,'' added Barris.
