UPDATE ON KYOM; Just spoke with Les Weinstein regarding KYOM so here is the rundown, Current float. 1 million O/S shares.....8.5 million Said that 500k shares were added to the float last week, no current plans to add an additional 500k to the float. The company is not currently looking to raise money. Has 40 million coming in from an outside investor. Could be completed anytime, he thought it would be done a month ago. Absolutely will be a PR when complete. Form 10-SB still in the works, he's pushing for it but can't say when it'll be finished. He said there would be an additional significant announcement in approx 2-3 weeks. He said that he and partner have personally bought approximately 160k shares, starting @ 1.03 and averaging down. Were scratching their heads as to why the price was going down! ( I know how they feel!) Personally I think this is the most important fact, THEY SPENT THEIR OWN MONEY TO BUY THIS STOCK!
