The more the merrier. You know it is just a thought but I am not so sure that you could not include Phase2Media in this suit seeing as how the people involved were charged with the duty of representing shareholders. Also they took assets from the company(at what $$$) What we need is for everyone who has been involved(and knew more about this company) to assist. Between everyone here you could easily gather enough to bury ole PH.
