re I panicked and sold Oh no! I am so sad for you. No, I had my last panic last August 31st. I will not do that again, I felt awful for weeks and weeks afterward. never ever ever ever sell on a crazy down day like Monday. Write it on a huge paper and put it on the wall next to your computer.
