Clinton doesn't want any NATO (American) casualties. 2. Clinton said he won't send in ground troups. Based on these simple facts Milosovic knows he has the advantage and time. History is repeating itself. Clinton has entered us in a war we are not dedicated to winning. He is more worried about his lousy legacy and public opinion. If a hundred soldiers were killed he knows the public would turn on him. What does this tell you? Jim
