I'm thinking that maybe nothing is up and someone is consolidating a large position. It was starting to look cheap when it was driven into the $7's. Could have been a lot of shorting in the last couple days to flush out stock.

Unrelated: Today's Vancouver Province newspaper has a big story on how Ballard fell 6% on the good news that they are developing a fleet of fuel cell cars in CA.
