". Before I left I still
did not understand wall streets reaction. From all Ive read,here is my
analysis::
1.Once again the big $$$$$ makes its dramatic moves as momentum players
exited the tech stocks.
2.It is pretty much agreed by most of the analysts that this is
a good long term deal.
3.The volitility all revolves around the short term opinions of this
deal: USRX priced too low, bad timing for the merger, and a host of
other reasons.
Once the smoke clears,I would hope that Wall Street remembers that it
bases its stock prices on future performances and therefore because this
is a good long term deal for COMS/USRX, it prices both stocks
accordingly."

Al,

I agree with the momentum players leaving the networking stocks more than specifically techs in general. The slight bounce in INTC is indicative that it is not all techs. However, the bounce of INTC is after a large sell-off too. I am resigned to holding positions reasonably long term and feel confident that the earnings growth will get the street bidding the networking stocks back to their "fair" value. XYLN has been dropping with no change in news whatsoever. That appears to be plain momentum.

I hope the market is better to us on Monday. At least the CAVS won:)
