Or, assuming the rumours are true (and I don't give them much credibility), the CEO of a company must continue to make decisions in the best interests of the company as a going concern. Can't stop everything in the hopes some great deal will complete; it'd be a gross dereliction of the CEO's responsibility. And NASDAQ was and is in the best interests of BIDS as a going concern. WUWT
