Talk to Carl Conte today, the nice gentleman did call me after all. Sounds like the company is trying to go back to the basics of the companies foundation to make a move forward in the right direction. From my understanding they will be putting out a qtrly report in two to three weeks and from my understanding it will BE PROFITABLE!!!!! They are making money now! Sounds like the new team did some changes and went back to the core of the business ( music library and Internet Advertising & Marketing) and from my understanding the only thing that they do not meet in requirements to be on the NASDQ is the share price. Mr. Shelly Leibowitz is no longer with the company and their has been some confusion about him and his wife being in the company, I think because his name is Shelly. Carl did mentioned that before he was not allowed to hold a relationship with share holders, but know is, with the new management, if you have any questions you can give him a call. Most important thing to me is to know they are making profits NOW! Mr. Conte did also seem to appear to have been frustrated with all the old promises too, from the old management, but has faith in the new management, because he is actually seeing things being done. thank you Carl for calling me, if you are reading this!
