It is always questionable when an insider sell shares of their company. It could be to diversify or raise cash for day to day expenses. It is always a positive sign when an insider buys shares of their company. No one ever has to buy so a purchase is taken as positive. This sell by Mr. Smith has been a constant topic on this thread. I believe rightly so since his timing is terrible. The stock needs a boost in emotional perception and a large sell by the CEO is far from a boost. Why Mr. Smith? Why now?
