This is getting to be too much work. From now on I will only post every time I receive five posts on this thread.

"Then why don't you put your $$$ where your thoughts are and short Dell?"

Would it suit you if I bought some puts? I don't short individual stocks because temporary spikes can bankrupt you before you can make any money, and even if you stay in you have to keep putting up more margin.
