PhantomVn, the end of the second qtr will be June 30th. Then of course there will be the usual 45 days of getting the financial information ready for the filing so figure August 15th at the likely earliest - that is if they even live up to their own schedule. As you may already note from my previous post, They have yet to follow through on last year's statements that they were going to become a reporting company with a filing for 2nd qtr of 1998.
