What ever happened to the IBM deal? I don't think the folks at the IBM PC division were keen on any deals. I suspect that they insisted they could turn things around perhaps implying there is too much interference from Armonk. Armonk then says "Okay prove it!". The only IBM employees I know work on the RS6000 and wouldn't consider transfering to the PC division for any reason. TP
