Actually, you're not too far off... CVIA will own 15% (3,000,000 shares) If ArchivalCD opens at $1.50 that gives CVIA $4,500,000 asset and with an O/S share count of around 515,000 that adds to CVIA a book value of $8.74 alone. So...the $8.74 added value PLUS current book value of $2.11 gives a Total book Value of $10.85! See, your estimate was a bit low ;~)
