My take on why MM is trashing this stock. Plead for your comment.

The type of software should NOT be affected by Y2K budget freeze as that affects companies such as PSFT, NETA, or ORCL. On top of that, with the improving semi book to bill ratio breaking our eardrum recently (will be stronger for 5 to 10 years to come), why is CDN predicting slow performance for the foreseeable future? Some internal, fundamental problem similar to what happened to CPQ?
