Rogers and bid entered into an agreement last year. They purchased a warrant for $1.5million to purchase 5 million shares at $1.75... I think. There is a post from me way back with the exact details... if you want to go looking. bid.com then used the money to buy media time with Rogers. They had a similar arrangement with AOL but bid decided that the AOL advertising was too expensive and they stepped away from the table... which basically caused AOL to back out as well. (a long story cut very short). This will help get you started on your search at least.
