This is old news... The fact and reason for the current decline is the company itself. ACTV is pushing more shares into the market. You certainly remember they filed with the SEC to be authorized to sell 8M extra shares. Well, it's what is currently happening. They put out enough news to maintain a certain demand, and push their new shares into the market. I believe this process started last week. Until these 8M shares are sold, IATV's upside potential will be somewhat dependent on the company dilution policy. The question is: How many shares remain to be sold? The fact that we have got good volume over the past few days is extremely encouraging. __________ Champolion
