Rogers holds its annual meeting today. maybe there will be more information forthcoming on their holdings in BII.TO. If they had 5 million shares, then it wouldn't surprise me if they liquidated a large part of their holdings. They pocketed a net gain of $89 million on the sale of the two Net holdings they had, but they were sellers of the other Net company in past quarters. In order to generate a gain of $89 million they would have had to sell a lot of BII.TO because the stock only traded above $15 near the end of the quarter.

Of course, this is all conjecture, but I would exercise caution here. If Rogers started selling last quarter at prices under $15 per share, you have to believe they took advantage of the recent sharp increase in the share price to sell more shares or possibly even liquidate the entire position. If they remain mum on this matter at the meeting, it will be interpreted as a negative.
