Hi Black Rose - just bummed around and saw your thread. Wow, you must be glutton for punishment. I said this fondly, cuz I had that tendency too <g>, but even I got scared to see its last SEC filing [April 98!] and saw a $2.7MM deficit in working capital. And notice that there is no action at all for the stock, suggesting even the pink sheet artists don't bother. Unless you know more about the company, better stay away. JMHO best, Bosco
