Obviously it is a positive sign of the Safe "T" bar deal. This is indicated by the letter "t". Now since the "t" is in the upright position, he obviously feels that the Safe T bars are good for WRN. Now since he used a lower case t, this is indicative of a rumour, if it was fact, I am sure he would have used a Capital T.

So, see, it wasn't criptic at all.

He has was just posting a positive rumour about the Safe T bars causing a rise in the share price.
