OK, I apologize for the the comment regarding Joe V., but I have always wondered why our conversations always take place over a speaker phone.
Regarding people in PR. Come on Joe, hiring artists and their spouses to make what are essentially cold calls is not PR. Also, hiring aspiring brokers -- Scott, Steve and others -- is not PR. These guys would call and say that it is time to buy more, thats's it. That is promoting, not PR. They never knew anything new about the company. That is not PR.
Boy, I wish I could move to Palm Springs. Maybe we could work something out like X days in, Y days out. Perhaps something on a contract basis. I think I should be taking the California Bar Exam this Summer.
On Mario, I think you know the problem I had with him. It was not personal, but considering he was 20 at the time, it was a matter that he should not have been handling. I do not think my post stated any thing petty as this was not a petty matter.
On addressing unanswered questions. Specifically, I do not know which questions are not answered as I have not gone through all of the posts to see exactly what has been asked. All I know is that everyone seems to feel that their questions are not being answered. Therefore, something is amiss. We need to find out how we can clearly and concisely ameliorate this situation.
Your Friend,
Dan
