As promised, here is the gist of what I have heard from Majestic.

This comes from Clay Chase, the Majestic IR guy. First, a little info on Majestic, per Clay. Majestic trade as high as $5.00 last year, when they were being bought/merging with Skytex (remember them?). When Skytex was running high, they did the reverse merger and then subsequently some of the Skytex deals fell through. Majestic has several divisions other than the safety bar issue and I was actually pretty impressed with their story. Clay is sending me a packet. They are a non-reporting company.

As far as the deal with Westrend goes, he did confirm that they sent the plans to Taylor to bid on manufacturing (although they have a deal done to have them manufactured in Tapei). He indicated that they would still entertain the bid to have it produced domestically if the price was right.

They gave the information on the international marketing agreement to Westrend and are waiting for the return package to evaluate. They have patents pending domestically and internationally for the device. It sounds pretty cool.

All things being said, looks promising. I may try and dollar cost average down (again) in hopes that this flys.

All of this information came from Majestic's IR, Clay Chase, who can be reached at their corporate headquarters. I have no way of verifying any of the information, so anybody reading the post should do their own diligence and proceed at their own risk!!
