Two years ago, NOVL "was considered to be Microsoft's lunch." The company has since brought hired a new CEO, Dr. Eric Schmidt, from Sun Microsystems. Dr. Schmidt has turned NOVL around. The company has had 4 consecutive quarters of revenue growth. NOVL's new networking product, Netware 5, shipped last September. "Its really a company that has succeeded in a major turn-around."
