Concur Technologies, Inc. Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 1999 Results
REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 1999--Concur Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNQR - news) today reported financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended Mar. 31, 1999.
Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 1999 were $7.6 million, up 92 percent from the $4.0 million in revenues reported in the second quarter of 1998, and up 26 percent from the $6.0 million in revenues reported in the first quarter of 1999.
Net loss for the second quarter of fiscal 1999 was $5.6 million, or $0.33 per share. This compares with a net loss of $1.8 million, or $0.16 per share for the second quarter of 1998, and a net loss of $5.6 million, or $0.40 per share, for the first quarter of 1999. All per share amounts are computed based on weighted average shares outstanding, including the proforma affect of the conversion of preferred stock.
