Ken: The easiest way I've found to do it is to go here.... ostman.com ...for a list of all recent IPO filings Click on a company name to get info specific to their IPO. Then click on "Shareholders" to be taken directly to the "Security Ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners and Management" section of the S-1. A real time saver since you don't have to wait for the entire document to load. drake353
