Announcements on Zulu activity will be out shortly. The reason for the decline according to I/R is few unhappy seller. Expect the stock to reverse itself as quickly as it went down. Zulu will be making an announcement soon on the merger and on the list of Amex or Nasdaq. We'll soon see what happens. If stock continues to decline, I'll have a tax loss. Oh, well.
