No need tpo judge this market. CNET should be 15-20 pts higher. Add its good news to IBM's good news, and the after-hours trading of all tech stocks is up. CMGI is up 10. MSFT is up 2. DELL is up 1 1/2. And, even the INTC dog is up 1 1/2
